So often we spend too much time focusing on ourselves rather than others. We are surrounded by a culture that promotes vanity and ego. Through social media, we are constantly posting our lives through digitally manipulated images, and we lose sight of the beauty in our reality. This set of paintings (based on Aesop’s fable “The Fox and the Crow”) serves as a reminder that selfishness and arrogance can often lead to our collapse.
